Good Evening Gators!

On Wednesday we celebrated Halloween at Sam Sherratt. We enjoyed a primary parade, which ended in the mall area, and then our primary students enjoyed a dance party. Our Junior students came out to watch the parade, and then they participated in a dance party and activities in the learning commons. Our Intermediate students had a dance party during the last block of the day, as well as activities being run for them in the LC.  Thank you so much to our new student council for putting together our “Monster Mash” day of fun!

Sam Sherratt Rock...because of you!!

Kindie Maker Challenge in the LC: Thank you Ms. Belford for making learning so much fun! Today at school we had our FDk students participating in a “Maker Challenge”, using Sphero technology and an assortment of materials.

Spirit Wear: We have set up our online Spirit Wear again for this school year. Please follow the link to place an order. The website will be open for two weeks, it is currently active, and will close on November 16th 2018. The products will be delivered by December 12th 2018.

We have to say a fond farewell to Mrs. Smyth who has been with us since September helping out in our SERT department. Mrs. Smyth you will be missed, thank you for all the kind and caring ways you helped our students!
